Now that’s a big catch 🎯 Cali jumped in on that Comcast bill and came back with serious savings. Love seeing results like that!

Great service. They lowered my monthly internet bill.
Response from BillsharkMay 21, 2026
That’s what we like to hear 💸 A lower internet bill without having to fight the provider yourself is always a solid win.

When I noticed my bills look different i was like what the hell then I had to take a second look then I realize my bill amount went down lol thank you billsshark.
Response from BillsharkMay 21, 2026
That double take is the best part 😂 One second it’s “what happened to my bill,” and the next it’s “wait… it actually went down?” That’s the kind of surprise we like to deliver 💸

The Service Rep. was helpful and very detailed in what can be done. He patiently answered my questions and gave me time to look it over and make a decision.
Response from BillsharkMay 21, 2026
That’s how the process should feel 👍 Clear explanations, patience, and no pressure while you make the decision. Sounds like your rep handled it exactly right.

That’s a solid save 🔒 Cutting down an ADT bill and making the process easy is exactly the kind of protection we like to provide for your wallet, too.

Great result and happy to pay them a commission for cheaper and faster internet!
Response from BillsharkMay 21, 2026
That’s the kind of tradeoff we love to see ⚡ Lower cost, faster internet, and none of the negotiating headaches. A strong result all around.

Bill shark used to be good now it is getting ,well sharky. They called me to tell me that they saved a small amount on my ISP provider bill but then they charged me 45% for a savings that is accrued over 2 years! The Bill shark agent called to congratulate himself on getting a somewhat better rate but had to be coerced to provide what the fee was. I might not even keep that carrier. They said that I could have customer service contact me about this loan shark level rate, but no one contacted me. Please understand Bill Shark agents, at their own admission, can't do any better than you can on the billing --they just keep on monitoring the service providers until they find a special etc. It is hardly worth the rate they are charging. I am disputing the charge.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. Our fee structure has remained the same since your enrollment in 2024 and is 40 percent of the total savings negotiated, not 45 percent. Based on your account history, this was also your fourth successful negotiation using the service. During your recent negotiation, your shark did attempt to provide direct customer support contact information, but we do not see any support request submitted regarding this concern. We’re always happy to review questions about fees or savings when customers reach out directly at [email protected] . Our process is designed to continuously monitor for available provider offers and negotiate when opportunities become available, which is exactly how additional savings were secured on your account. Someone from our support team will also be reaching out to you directly today to review your concerns further.

Neil did a great job getting me the best rate possible with Frontier. I depend on a strong internet connection for my day job and getting a great deal is that much better.
Response from BillsharkMay 18, 2026
That’s the kind of connection we like to make ⚡ Reliable internet for work and a better rate from Frontier is a strong combo. Neil locked in the savings without slowing you down.
