I wanted so badly to like billo because it sounded like it could be of great value to our company and the reviews looked promising. Unfortunately my experience has not been great. The timelines offered for delivery of videos is completely unrealistic and it has taken at least twice as long to receive my content. There is no easy way to communicate with creators, so there is no opportunity for them to ask follow up questions, and there is no way to give them feedback. Finally, the only customer service offered is a message system. There is no email and no chat, and messages can take 1/2 day to 24 hours to be responded to. Customer service was slow and unclear. I still have no idea why my videos have been as late as they have been, and certainly, nothing was done to make up for it. I am very disappointed that billo did not live up to my high hopes for the service.

We know that for businesses content delivery time is so important, but because of our creator's overload with projects, delivery time is taking longer! We are trying to solve this problem and somehow optimize load or work. But you have to know, that our creators trying to do their best and as fast as possible 🙏 Answering about disability to communicate directly with creators. We want to make processes for brands much easier. That's why we take a hit on ourselves - we want to save your precious time! One more time, because of a huge overload, sometimes response could be slower, but we also try to fix that and answer to all answers in turn. We hope for understanding and thank you one more time for your patience!

Our first video from a Billo creator resulted in excellent returns when used for advertising. As a small business, the $59 is affordable, and we had plenty of creators apply to work with us. It was far less stressful than approaching influencers on our own. I also signed up as a creator, and while the payouts are small, it's a fun side hustle for anyone working on building their following and expanding their online presence.
