Hi - just wanted you to know that I find a case for my husband on your internet site. You did not have the one that I specifically wanted, but they "lovely" young man from Billiards.com suggested better cases...and I ordered a case which cost a few dollars more. He was mot helpful...and even told me when it was going out - and when to expect it. The whole process was most enjoyable...to the point where I wished I could have ordered more cases, but I only have one husband...so I had to stop there.

I was amaized at how quickly my order was shipped and received. Due to the holidays I was concerned I would not receive it in time for Chistmas. I received the order the very next day. Product was as descibed and on great condition. Well wrapped for shipping.

Knowledgable, accommodating and overall great experience.

Bought 3 cues for holidays and had a great experience. I had to change my order at the last minute and had no problem doing so. Mark was the best, the cues are also awesome.

My daughter was thrilled with the pool cue and case. The design, balance, and weight were great. The quality was exceptional.

My order arrived as promised, I purchased two Falcon Ques for Christmas,my son & husband both loved them. Excellent product.
