Can I send the cloth back? It's not the right one I need 8 foot one

The items I purchased I would rate as above satisfactory! My only issue was a problem with shipping, late receipt of a parcel I can understand, but the total lack of concern via emails and ho-hum conversation via a phone call was very irritating!! I expected better customer service, the kind one would receive from the actual manufacturer. I will consider making future purchases though.

The Aramith Premium Ball Set 2.25 in were great. They play really well. The wood triangle wasn't worth the money. when the balls are in the rack, the head ball is 1/8" to 3/16" from the next two in the rack. So everytime you rack you have to remove the rack and move the head ball back, so it touches. emailed your company the said all racks aren't tight. I understand that. But what they are not understanding, is the three head are not together. they said to send it back for a refund. cost more to do that. than what it cost. Any way two of the three ordered. were good. might buy from this again, checking a couple other sites

The web site doesn’t describe the stick enough . I have bought 2 and I didn’t want a brass on brass connection. It doesn’t explain that in the description. So one the sticks I have is inferior. Wish I never bought it

Quick and easy ordering and delivery. I ordered wrong product. Returns not as easy. Gentleman on the phone was extremely courteous and pleasant. No problems there. But, I had to pay around $20 to return. They do not send a return label to you for returns. Since I only paid $95.00 for the product, that was a huge portion of money compared to the price I paid that I did not get back. Shipping to me was free. Returns were not. I will never shop there again. It is just bad business. They should pay for returns.

The cue is truly great I love shooting with it. I received my order timely manor however, when I placed my order, I ordered a 21 oz cue. The one I received is a 19 oz. cue

I had a great experience with billiards.com until ups dropped the package at my doorstep. No signature was required for delivery on $450 in merchandise, so package was left at my front door and was stolen before i got home from work. It has been two 2 weeks since ordered and the investgation continues. I was expecting merchandise for a gathering and now i am left waiting.
