I have order items on two different occasions and have received prompt service. The orders were filled and sent to me as promised. If you want professional service I would highly recommend Billiards.Com to all.

We purchased a 9ft pool table cover for our son in law for Christmas. We did not open it when we got it. He opened it for Christmas and was ecstatic. He put it on his table as soon as he got home. He liked the quality and it fit perfect. It is double stitched at the seams and is a nice weight, not flimsy at all. Would definitely recommend this product to friends. We initially ordered the wrong size on a Saturday nite. When I realized it, I called the customer service number on Sunday and left a message for someone to please call me on Monday and that I needed to change the order. I got a call back within an hour on a Sunday and got everything corrected. Real customer service. Thank you!
