Got my Meucci cue just in time for Christmas as promised and my husband loved it. They were out of stock for the free 3x6 cases but did receive a 2x4 one. Very easy ordering and rep was super helpful. Will recommend and order from them in the future. Great job and thanks.

My procrastination on buying a Christmas gift was not a problem for Billiards.com! I ordered a case on the Monday before Christmas and it was delivered, as promised, Christmas Eve. The case was exactly what I expected and a great value for the price. I will order from them again.

I called Customer Service when I encountered difficulty manipulating the website to place an order. I spoke with Jason, who had been tremendously helpful 11 months ago, when I was purchasing a highly customized cue through Billiards.com. Once again, he was very professional, this time in helping me choose a new shaft for an old cue. I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with the team as Billiards.com.
