I bought the Ram Gameroom Products Billiard History 3 Dimensional Sign for my Brother in law for Christmas. When it arrived there was a chip in the glass cover. I took a couple of pics and sent them off to customer service asking for a new glass cover. I heard back from Mark Gehrke Director of Operations, And he let me know that the glass wasn't available, and he was sending me a new unit. When I asked how I was supposed to send back the original sign, he told me to keep it. Now I have a sign in my man cave too, now I just have to talk my wife into letting me buy a pool table to go along with it. Hopefully you'll be hearing from me soon. So all in all Mark and his team took a disappointing situation and turned it around into a great experience! thank you for the help.

The package was damaged from the factory and they helped me and had the replacement parts sent out as soon as we called.

I can't even describe the tremendous experience I had with these guys! Couldn't believe the incredible deals I could get on new billiards cues when I first opened their site.. Believing it couldn't get any better, I got great service and my cues shipped promptly and the beautiful craftsmenship of the cue I'd dreamed of having in my hands.
