I used Billabook even after reading some negative reviews. Their price was quite a bit better, so I did it. I got a very fast response with a confirmation. I gave it 48 hours and called the hotel which I recommend everyone do when booking third party, gave them my last name, reservation was confirmed No Problem. The hotel was in Cancun so the local tax is always charged at checkout, $4usd per day, so expected that as well. Good experience with Billabook, would use them again!

The hotel, Villa Rotana, exceed my expectations. The front desk people were amazing! Cleaning 💯 Food 💯 Highly recommend this place!
