We booked a hotel in buenos aires which turned out to be a total disaster! Firstly, this portal has no hotline number; secondly, emails are only answered after days; and when it comes to the reimbursement of costs, you get no answer at all. DOWNRIGHT CRIMINALS! Update (after response of Billabook to the original review above): since their legal/public relations department is very responsive in regards to open criticism (by requesting further details to the booking), we kindly advise them to take a look in the claims and open issues of their support team ... Update2 (after 2 months of writing emails to their support team): still no satisfying answers and worst of all, no refund issued. THOSE ARE CRIMINALS (see other reviews)!!

Just booked, and the hotel says no reservation exists, Reference no: 1829820 I am unfortunate to say that your reply is not true as the hotel still says that there is no reservation

WARNING! DO NOT BOOK VIA BILLABOOK!!! It's a scam. They take your money, do not reserve the hotel. If you contact the hotel, they reserve it, but later they cancel the reservation without letting you know.

Terrible service from this company. I made a reservation for a hotel in Denver in January 2026. My plans changed, and I had to cancel within the allowed time. They sent me an email confirming the successful cancellation, and the refund was supposed to be ready within 10 business days. To this day, they haven't refunded anything. They say I have to check with the bank, but they haven't sent me any proof of refund. Don't trust this company; it's a scam! 🚨🚨🚨🚨

They don't answer any emails, they are scammers, they steal people's money! I don't recommend them to anyone!

I rarely write negative reviews, but our experience with Billabook has been extremely disappointing. We booked a trip through Billabook and were later informed that we would be relocated. We agreed to the relocation and were told we would receive confirmation once availability had been checked. That confirmation was never sent. We followed up multiple times via email and phone. No response. No clarification. No solution. Our calls went unanswered and our messages were ignored. Without a confirmed booking and without any communication from Billabook, we were unable to take part in the trip. At this stage, this is no longer a simple misunderstanding — it is a clear failure of service and responsibility. Billabook has retained our payment while failing to provide the agreed accommodation or any meaningful customer support. We are still waiting for our refund. If this matter is not resolved immediately, we will escalate the issue through our payment provider and pursue all available consumer protection channels. All communication attempts have been documented. We strongly advise others to carefully consider whether they are comfortable booking with a company that does not respond when issues arise. Billabook, this is your opportunity to resolve this professionally. We expect a prompt refund and a written response.

This company is very untrustworthy do not spend money with them. They will show you a date you can cancel for free but once you pay and make your booking they then send a confirmation and change the cancellation fee so you have to pay. They do not respond to emails and they have the worst customer service I have ever had. Save your time and money and look elsewhere
