After reading reviews I was sceptical but April really helped me sort the hotel and got confirmation and response and at a very good price!

It is NOT a SCAM at all
It is NOT a SCAM at all. I did reservation with them in a very very luxury hotel in Rome with a fantastic price. I wrote to them directly and April an agent for customer service replied very quickly and did everything to help me. I am really happy to use Billabook and i can 100% recommend everyone to trust it.

Good Deal!!!
At the first, I dont know how to contact them, i book hotel hilton convention mekkah, The hotel said no booking/reservation with my name, and i dont know what to do. But then, they keep responding my email and keep me updated for the reservation, Everything is good, i got the room and no issue so far.. Goo deal anyway, find cheapest price for that room compare to other platform... Please help

Fantastic deal on hotel booking
We booked to stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Lake Como for our honeymoon and booked Billabook as the price was about 40% cheaper than comparable offerings. We got the gorgeous room we booked and had an amazing time. Will definitely check Billabook for future bookings as our experience was great

I lost my confirmation email so I…
I lost my confirmation email so I emailed them to ask for the information. They emailed back within a couple hours with my confirmation and also checked up on me and made sure I received it. Good customer service.

Price is very good
Price is very good. Confirmation mail was sent 2 days after booking. Booking was confirmed with the hotel and all is legit. They responded my request of resending the confirmation email and got it immediately. Good one!
