Booked a sandals thru the website. Was skeptical at first as it was $2500 cheaper than the sandals website for the same room. Everything was legit, gave me a confirmation number for the resort which you can call and confirm. April was quick to reply with emails to my questions and concerns. Can't believe the savings! Excited for my vacation now that I don't feel like I overpaid

My experience didn’t start off well; I had to cancel a non-refundable booking. The ‘manage booking’ section clearly stated it was non-refundable, so I was hesitant to go through with it. However, I reached out to their amazing team, and Adam, the supervisor, responded promptly. He explained that while I wouldn’t receive any money back for a no-show, I had a chance for a refund if I canceled. Adam told me that if I obtained a written confirmation from the hotel for a refund, Billabook would not charge me from their end. I decided to cancel, accepting the 100% cancellation fees, and fortunately, I was able to get a written confirmation from the hotel stating they would only charge Billabook for one night out of the six I had booked. True to his word, Adam processed the refund for the remaining nights. There’s nothing like having a dedicated agent on your side. Thank you, Adam, and thank you, Billabook!

I have never been as impressed with the excellent customer service of any platform as I have with my recent experience with April from Billabook.. she replied promptly to every inquiry I had and went out of her way to assist us. Since my booking totaled $9,000, I read through the negative reviews but didn't find anything alarming. They sent me the hotel confirmation number within two days and clearly stated that all reservations are fully guaranteed. This company is 100% legit, professional, and truly focused on travel. They know how to handle every situation, promptly addressing any special requests I had, and even sent me a screenshot from the hotel, which I appreciated for its transparency. In my opinion, this is the best hotel booking site, and I've already booked my next trip through them!
