Absolutely do NOT use them
Absolutely do NOT use them. I went to book a room with them and it said there server was down to email them yet they charged my card $2200 there is no way to reach this company either. After there reply my response. So what you’re telling me is that your webpage offered a rate that was no longer there but still placed a hold on my card that even if you “release” takes days depending upon the bank. Even after that it took hours to reach anyone at all. Wouldn’t it make more sense to not offer rates that aren’t real? Or have customer service that can be contacted immediately so guest are not out money because there was holds placed on their account for a room that wasn’t even really available. Can you not see that some people don’t have an extra $2200 laying around to book another room while they wait for their money to be released from the hold you placed? The simple solution would be to not take money for something that isn’t even really available or at minimum have the ability to lend understanding via a phone number so people aren’t panicking on how they will now book what they need with no ability to know when the money will be returned. I’m sorry but what occurred is not ok and it’s far from good practice in my opinion

Dear Client. We understand your frustration. Unfortunately, the rate was no longer available at the time of booking, so no reservation was made, and no payment was captured. The temporary hold on your card has already been released. If you have any further concerns, feel free to reach out to our support team.
