Scammers. Don't use their service. I arrived at the motel in Florida and had to pay another $102 ($34 per night) that i was not informed beforehand about. I could've paid the same amount from a respectable company instead of using these scammers

I should have looked at the negative reviews and avoided this company. I booked as they looked cheapest. I carefully checked the booking page to see if the price quoted would have anything added to it. After I booked I was then told (and only then) they'd add taxes at the hotel, making it no longer cheapest. I tried to complain. I was totally gaslit repeatedly. I was told taxes are included but the hotel are adding a "resort fee". I told them if that's the case, they need to tell me before booking this will or may happen. I also checked, and the hotel don't add a resort fee, it's definitely a tax - which they said is included in the price I paid. They ignored that several times, then told me the hotel don't add a resort fee but charge taxes! I then told them they'd told me taxes are included. And round and round we went. They ignored all my points, including that their webpage makes no mention of any possibility of any additional fee whereas all their competitors do. I asked to complain which was ignored, then eventually they acknowledged my complaint. And I never heard from them again. So, their prices are lies and others are cheaper so avoid them.

Strict policies that prevent the relevant hotel from being able to help you. I had to cancel the second night of a stay and the hotel seemed willing to accomodate but said they weren't sure Billabook would go along with it. I guess they are here for the profits more than they are for you!

I booked stay in Miami 4 days ago. And just got here with my husband and 2 kids and the hotel can not find my reservation. My kids are crying in the hallway the last two hours and no one can help me because the hotel says bill book never contacted them . This is horrible experience . I paid almost $5000 and can not believe this ! The email confirmations says confirmed and guaranteed reservation, however the hotel has no clue who I am. Plus no number for customer service to even call and get help .!!! Billabook if you’re reading this contact me asap !!!

We booked a Hotel in Cancun. 2 Rooms booked by 2 different persons. One Booking wasnt a Problem and they could Check in, but the other Bookings didnt existed in the System of the Hotel. We already paid for the Hotel and now we‘re here sitting without a Hotel, while our Friends Are already in. We couldnt contact anybody, because every Hotline is shutdown. Be Carefull, dont Book there!!!!!!! Big Scam and horrible Customerservice!!!

Good morning but not really. I just paid $2,466.00 for a reservation in Key West and as soon as I did I received a “booking failed. Please contact us at billabook.com” message. My name is Kirstin J. Please contact me as I can’t contact you, due to you having no contact info, in regards to my booking or my refund!!!

Under no circumstances use this place. I booked a hotel in Puerto Rico they charged my card $2210 and I got an error code. I emailed them for hours and no response yet they have a $2200 hold on my card and no customer service. I have no room either. This company makes it impossible to contact someone even when something goes bad. You will lose money and you will have no room. I had to dispute this with my bank and open a case with BBB. It’s not a reputable company Update 4 hours later and after this review they email me to tell me that it was an error code because that rate wasn’t available anymore so let me get this correct. Your webpage offered a rate on your webpage, I go to book it and you don’t really have that rate so you take my money and don’t give me a room. That sounds logical, right! Now I wait for the $2210 hold on my bank which can be days or a week while I need to put out another 2200 this time not through this company. Before you book just think of if something goes wrong who will you contact? They have ZERO customer service reps available via phone and it takes HOURS if not days to get a response. Not what you want to deal with while standing in a hotel. On the good reviews they have it seems fishy they all say the same exact thing in another language of writing but that’s my thoughts cause Great customer service where because they don’t have agents via phone and I have all this in writing with proof. Of course they flag this review because it’s easier to silence the truth like the other reviewer stated above.
