Booking was straight forward and no hiccups at all for me. Might be an issue for some given they don't accept AMEX and the currency was denominated in USD

I’m surprised by some of the reviews here because I couldn’t be happier with Billabook. I wasn’t able to stay at the hotel, but they were totally fair and refunded me in full. They explained that if I could get proof that the hotel wasn’t charging any fees, they’d work with their supplier to get my money back. I called the hotel, got the confirmation, and just three days later I had the full refund. Honestly, I didn’t expect it to work out, but they came through. Super impressed!

I booked a room through Billabook for a hotel at a convention I was attending. After booking, I read some of the reviews and became very nervous. I called the hotel and they did have my reservation. I did need to change the type of room that I booked to an accessible room and was able to do that without problem with the hotel directly. A very pleasant surprise was the negotiated parking rate was 2/3 less than the retail rate the hotel typically charged.
