I am so pleased with the product as well as the customer service. Zero worries about a dog pulling me down, and I bike various dogs throughout the week. Such a great way to change up exercise in the summer months. The dogs appreciate it so much.

I can bike with both my huskys fairly easily with this. I still feel like they get a little close the front wheel - but miles away compared to other options on the market.

Unfortunately my dog does not like it. Whenever I hook her up, she backs out of her harness and runs off.

Your dog is apparently frightened of the bike. Perhaps one fell on her at some point. It sounds like you need to start with treats and just walking the bicycle next to your dog multiple times giving treats along the way until the fear is gone.

The Bike Tow Leash has been great! I had wonderful & personalized service. Mike the owner answered all my questions & assisted me with BTL installation. My dog Rosie is getting regular exercise & is enjoying the BTL.

Purchased abot 5? years ago. My pooch and I enjoyed many hours of riding together using the bike tow lead . One day we were riding and got distracted by a Great Dane and lost focus. I crashed and broke my ankle. Pooch was fine. My family has banned me from further use of the lead.😪

Hi Janet, Sorry to hear you crashed from loss of focus! I hope you ankle is back to normal. I don't know how old you were when this happened. I started my daughter riding with dogs using the Bike Tow Leash at 8 years old. She had been asking since age 6 and everyone is different. Perhaps you will be noticeably more focused and ready to ride again soon.

My dog and I enjoyed the bike tow leash for several years. Now that my dog, Sadie is 12 she has retired from running alongside the bike. This is a great product and I would recommend it to any dog lover. It’s a much safer choice than riding while holding a leash.
