I've used the Bike Tow Leash every day since I received it in the mail. My dog is a medium-sized, husky and sheepdog mix with a very high level of energy. She is loving to bike with me now! I hardly have to pedal and she loves to go fast. I definitely use my brakes a lot, lol. I feel in control even if she lunges after a squirrel. The Bike Tow Leash keeps her safely beside my bike and I'm able to maintain my path. The customer service was excellent. I got answers to my questions online in a matter of minutes, and the product was shipped first thing the next day. It was fairly expensive, especially with shipping and duty to Canada, but I think I will get my money's worth. It was a bit of a challenge figuring out the best way to attach it to my older bike. I ended up using the quick mount, but now it's quite easy to take on and off my bike. I'm a happy customer! And my dog is happy, too.

With two active, energetic dogs living in a city, we've found that using the Bike Tow Leash and the extension has been the best method for exercising them. The BTL installed easily on our trike and has worked very well to give our dogs flexibility in their movement while continuing to keep them in a safe place on the side of our recumbent trike. They get so excited when it's time to run. We can barely hold them still as we prepare to take them out. It was one of the best purchases we've made for our dogs and ourselves.

This is the only leash I trust to bike with my husky. He loves biking but will chase any wildlife , dogs, people he sees. With this leash, I'm able to fully control him and hardly feel any pulling. The bike doesn't move at all when he pulls. I'll never use anything else!
