Dear Ignasi Mataró, We're really sorry that you had a problem with a rental company "Jota Cafe" in Girona. Your reservation was confirmed for the Kawasaki KLX650. Rental company "Jota cafe" didn't inform us about any problem with this motorcycle and they offered you BMW motorcycle on arrival. If the local rental company changed the bike model - it doesn't mean that our company should receive 1 star. Please let us know via email how can we help to solve this problem. Thank you in advance.

Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback. We see that rental company confirmed two Honda NC750X for your booking, did they provide you with some other motorcycles? Because in your review you give us 3 stars, however, we had reserved exactly two Honda NC750. Maybe rental company changed the model, however, we were not informed. Please contact us if you have any questions. Thank you for using our services and have a good day! Best regards, Customer Care Team

Dear Alejandro, Thank you for your review. We see that problem with this booking was already solved via email, cancellation terms are the same for all bookings, however, we found a solution and modified your booking so you didn't lose the advance payment. We hope that you will update this review with a new information, because we thought you were satisfied with a solution and everything is perfect now. Thank you in advance for the update and hope to see you again! Best regards, Customer Support Team

Dear Customer, We are very sorry for any problem. However, we can see that reservation was confirmed by the rental company in Ibiza. Probably you have visited their office later than agreed and they have cancelled your booking. Some rental companies cancel reservations after 15 minutes of waiting. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the issue. We hope your next rental will be successful in any of our other 700 locations worldwide. Best regards, BikesBooking.com Support Team
