Incredibly disappointed with this…
Incredibly disappointed with this company. They recalled our reservation the night before the day the motorcycle was reserved. They are rude in their email correspondence and they don’t answer questions you might have about the reservation. This was an stressful experience for me and my wife since we had to find another company to rent a motorcycle from, Stay away from them!

Dear Henrik, thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you had a not perfect experience with our support team, we will investigate this case. However, as communicated in our emails - there was no reservation. You have made only a booking request, not an instant booking. Your request was not confirmed by the local rental company and we never charged your card. We totally understand your frustration, but sometimes motorcycles could be unavailable for required dates. However, we would like to offer you a 10% discount for your next booking in any of our other 700 locations worldwide!
