Esperienza pessima...acquisto uno scooter nell'isola di Paxos dal 9 al 22 agosto pagando in anticipo una parte dell'importo totale. Subito dopo la conferma finale, mi arriva una mail dove mi si informa che il prezzo relativo al mio acquisto e di conseguenza il mio ordine, non era valido in quanto era presente un "bug" sul sito in fase di prenotazione. Customer care a dir poco imbarazzante visto che non hanno fatto nulla per aiutarmi a trovare un'altra soluzione. Attenzione a questo sito...non sono affidabili per niente!!!!

Made reservation with instand confirmation and a reservation fee a booking time. A few days later I got an email saying my booking was cancelled because they didn't have any bikes left. The cancellation occurred to close for me to be able to hire anything else on the website and the provider did nothing to help me get any other service. This really messed up my vacation plans and left me dissapointed. They still have not got back the money I paid upfront and they fail to respond to my email asking for help to book other dates. Update, they have now answered me with an explaination why happened (human error), removed the unavailable scooter and offered me other alternatives. They still wont recognize that the first cancellation email did not offer me any other alternatives apart from using their site again, which was didn't work since it was to cloose to the rental date. However, seems like I had bad luck and they have tried politely to help me which made me up the star amount.

I rented a scooter on Gran Canaria through this service. Everything was OK. Delivery of a scooter was a bit late, but it wasn't a big problem. Guys from support contacted a rental company and solved the issue.

I always rent scooters on vacation and it was not so easy before i found this service. This service is awesome!! I found a new and not so expensive scooter rental in barcelona on this website. everything was perfect, company delivered a scooter to the airport for me. 5 stars!!
