Never book with bikesbooking.com. They cancelled my original booking and rebooked me with another company—a bunch of scammers. Now, they won't refund the deposit I paid.

25 days ago, I rented a motorcycle from Bikes booking.com in order to use it on the island of Chios and I made a down payment. 3 days later, I received a cancellation email and on this I rented another motorcycle again. In the second one, too, in the same way. This was also cancelled. It was said because of the company, Despite paying for the second one, this much time has passed. Bike Booking still hasn't refunded my money.

Der Roller, den ich zwei Wochen vorher für Skopelos reserviert hatte, wurde einen Tag vorher abgesagt, weil angeblich kein Roller mehr verfügbar war und das trotz des Vorlaufes und bezahlter Rechnung. Dadurch entstanden natürlich eine Menge Mehrkosten und ärgerlicher, vermeidbarer Zusatzaufwand. Das Geld ist nach wie vor nicht zurück überwiesen.Never again!

Be very careful with BikesBooking.com! I booked a scooter and paid in advance, only to discover that the local rental shop never confirmed my reservation and had no vehicles in stock. ​Support acknowledged the issue and promised a refund within 14 business days. However, weeks have passed, no money was received, and customer support completely stopped answering my messages and requests for transaction confirmation. ​I am now recovering my funds through a bank chargeback (dispute). Unprofessional service and zero accountability. Do not recommend!

i appointed a rental for a small bike and paid the partial cost online. a say later, i changed my mind and canceled it (5 days before the rental date) and they said that they WILL NOT refund my partial payment! this is a joke, please do not use them for rentals.

Ho prenotato due scooter a Lipari, prima mi conferma la prenotazione e prelevano i soldi, poi mi cancellano senza giustificazione la prenotazione, qualche giorno dopo senza alcuna ragione me la confermano di nuovo e ho dovuto bloccare l'addebito per evitare di pagare visto che ovviamente avevo già provveduto diversamente. Sono passati 15 giorni e non restituiscono la caparra indebitamente. Diffidare da questo operatore. Non ha sede in Italia, non ha PEC e non ha un metodo alternativo di risoluzione delle controversie. I got ripped off by Bike Bookings in Mykonos, where BEFORE I booked the scooter, asking if I could drop it off a the airport and their reply was YES, then after I booked they told me I had to drop in Town and then get transfer to the airport. After over 15 emails, they didn't refund my deposit, however my Visa agreed to dispute as per the emails. Do not book!

Riecht nach Betrug!!! Man muss eine Anzahlung im Voraus leisten. Dann erst soll geprüft werden, ob die Motorräder verfügbar sind. Nach der Buchung wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass leider keine 2 GS mehr zur Verfügung stehen. Da wir jedoch die GS wollten, stornierten wir und buchten woanders. Danach wären plötzlich doch GS verfügbar, was wir mit Hinweis auf die andere Buchung ablehnten. Wir bekommen die Anzahlung nicht zurück. Wer sein Geld verlieren will, bucht dort. Finger weg. Das scheint deren Geschäftsmodell zu sein.
