Bike Rent NYCReviews of bikerent.nyc

Great bikes and knowledgeable staff!

Bike Rent NYC offered my partner and I, both healthcare workers, donated bikes as part of the Transportation Alternatives Essential Bike program. I am so grateful that Bike Rent NYC was able to partner with TA to offer this service to healthcare workers during this very challenging time. We were fearful of taking public transportation during the pandemic so getting this bike donated helped us alleviate our fears while giving us convenient transport to work. Thanks so much Bike Rent NYC for your generous offering!

Peter was prompt and very helpful! Very excited for my new ride!

Great guys, super responsive and helpful and also good for the community.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They provided me with a good bike and helmet which I love riding and has helped my situation during this difficult time immensely. Thanks to the owners and staff for their help and kindness. I definitely recommend this business!

I bought a bike from Bike Rent NYC and it was delivered to my doorstep within just a few days. The staff was very responsive to all my questions and the whole process was super easy. Love my beautiful new bike!

I was fortunate enough to have the great opportunity to be able to be gifted a bike thought Transportation Alternatives which was donated by Bike Rent NYC (as I am an essential worker who has worked through this pandemic with a vulnerable population. The transaction was SEAMLESS, the employee who was there was warm and welcoming. I will be going back to purchase two used bikes for my children so that we all can travel safety during these uncertain times.

This company generously donated bikes to anyone doing volunteer or essential work in NYC during Covid. This generous programs has allowed me to safely travel to help feed the hungry and I can't thank them enough.
