Hello Martha, Thank you for your feedback here! This is always helpful to know where we may have lapsed in service. We have in-house mechanics to service the bikes but apparently this bike must have not made it to the shop. I am sorry that this impacted your ride and we hope to see you again to show you the excellent service that we offer!
