I see many folks have had the same experience with Big Home Tax as I. One says they got a code that works (so maybe one of many are pleased). But BHT is not a authorized seller for Turbo Tax. And it seems like a bot may be posting here. I did not get a reply from my email, was billed from some company in Florida USA under health and beauty. And while this is not the forum to banter, I did not get any new code, and the one sent already had been downloaded 3 times. Did anyone get a new code? Probably not, but if so it is not legal. They have my email and should reply there not via recorded message here. I have asked my bank to challenge this purchase. BHT is not legit...Just updating since they posted here. New update: I received a new code soon after posting my critical update above here. Thought it was strange timing since they had not responded to emails and posted that they 'always' send new codes and asked if I received it before they sent it. I am unable to recontact Intuit until Monday. My bank is already looking into the unknown name that billed my account for 'health and beauty' product in the same amount and same date. But to be fair, I will give Big Home Tax a chance to explain...Why not use their name for billing, why would Intuit not have them on a list of authorized sellers, and/or what does it mean to be an authorized reseller if not. And last, why so many folks get codes that do not work and were previously cancelled. Clearly they read reviews here...I find this strangely interesting...but think the Trustpilot community deserves the truth! Be well all. I'll report back if I hear from them, and if any new news from Intuit or my bank.

NOPE! Do NOT use these folks. Purchased a copy of TurboTax Premier 2022 at a suspiciously low price of $45.99. They provided the download image and a license key. It would be extremely imprudent to use an image supplied by a third party, so I logged into my account at Intuit and supplied the license key. Surprise! It's already assigned to some other customer! The cherry on top? The credit card transaction shows up as a BARBER SHOP in New York! SUPER SKETCHY! Gave them 2 days to explain themselves or issue a refund. They failed to respond.

Saw Bighometax selling TurboTax Home & Business for $49 - half of what other retailers are selling it for. Too good to be true? But decided to order it. Here come the red flags... 1. The website claims "instant delivery". Yet, when I ordered at 1pm, I received a key 5 hours later after I emailed them asking them about they key. 2. The email came from a Gmail address out of Vietnam. 3. Looked up the company registration from the main page (14254520). It was registered a few months ago (July 25, 2022) at a virtual office (British Monomarks) in London by 26yo Mr PHON VU VAN who resides in Thai Binh city in Vietnam. Looking up Mr. VAN's address on Google Maps shows a food cart. 4. The website claims "24/7 Live Support" and "live chat", but there is no "live chat" anywhere and "support" does not seems to be live. You may or may not get a response from the Gmail address in Vietnam. I emailed several times and received only one response. 5. Looked at the registration of the website and all the owners are hidden as "Contact Privacy Inc. Customer 7151571251" If it is a legitimate business, why hide who owns the website? 6. Also Bighometax does not appear on the official Authorized Retailer list for TurboTax. Generally, enterprises that sell software that may not be legitimate can (1) give you a fake key, (2) steal your credit card information, or (3) give you altered software that may capture all your sensitive tax return details. Buyer beware!

I bought the TurboTax Premier from Bighometax. Installed the downloaded software on PC, but when I tried to activate the software, it gave me message that the license code is not valid. I have emailed and texted them and still do not have a response. UPDATE 12/02/2022 7:51 pm EST. You replied to my review that I got new license code, but you really did not send me new one so far.

Turbotax Key is not working but I cannot get a response back from Bighometax. I have emailed and texted them and still do not have a response.

Paid with credit card. Received download and activation key via email immediately. Installed Trubotax 2022 and activated it without any trouble.

Clicked to pay and almost immediately received the download and the product key. Installation was seamless, although it seemed somewhat slow - maybe my PC. Test SMS to the number posted online seemed to send successfully.
