This TurboTax Premier 2022 can be installed supposedly on 5 PCs. When I install on 2nd PC, a message appears "All available activations for that code have been used. Error code: 603". I contacted bighometax.com by text and email, but they didn't respond.

1. I have ordered Turbo Tax Premier 2022 on January 2, 2023. 2. My laptop crashed, on January 19, 2023, I try to go back to the link they sent to download again but the link is gone. 3. Ask them question but they did not answer, 4. Sent them email and they did not reply.

My download link has expired and they won't provide a new one.

You get no downloads. This place tried ripped me off for $45.99. The charge on the credit card says it went to Eric Bond

Purchased and downloaded TurboTax Dec. 2022. It appeared to work correctly but when I tried to open it today to complete my return it asked for the activation code for the first time. It is not valid! I redid my return using the official TurboTax website and found that the tax due was extremely different using the exact same income and deduction amounts. Emailed Bighometax and got no response.

I purchased TurboTax 2022 and the activation code sent is invalid.

This website was holding a Black Friday promotion to selling TurboTax downloadable Home Edition for half the price. After check out, they'd send you a product key to your email. When it came down to using it the following year, the website is down. Do not trust them!
