2nd year I have used them. No issues at all. You have to be VERY CAREFUL keying in the license code exactly as shown. Also, have patience, Turbo tax loads SO slow even if you get it from Costco. 🙂

Thank you for your order and review.

Just ordered Turbotax, but the key I received does not work. Phone is busy constantly for support and I have sent an email to support, but no response yet. I will give it a day or 2, but then I will dispute the charge. Received a new code and it's working now.

You received help shortly, please let everyone know how you feel. Best regards

The product worked fine, but it appears they are selling the same key to multiple people. In TY2022, when I went to file my 2nd return (H&R Premium small Business) it said there were no free federal returns left on the key. There were supposed to be five total. As this was April, their web presence has disappeared, so there was no one to complain to. Surprised they are back with the same URL.

Great service that offers excellent pricing and good software. Used them many times. Great site.

This site has all the makings of a scam. I was promise a refund. The refund never came and later they denied making the promise. I have the promise of a refund in a text message and will use it when/if appropriate. Communications is limited and they will never speak on the phone, another reason to believe this is a scam. Attempted several times to leave a negative review on their website, only to find they were all deleted. It appears the positive reviews on their website are all "planted" and not made by real customers. I have/will take other measures to resolve this matter, will see how it all plays out.

You have purchased and used our license. Why do you want a refund? This is impossible. Once you have downloaded and activated the software, we cannot sell it to others, so why do you want a refund? We have clearly stated the Refund Policy and you have agreed to it before completing the order. Please stop making our company look bad. We will sue you, we have full proof of delivery to you.

You resolved our issues quickly and I appreciate that. I would only suggest that you modify your online buying process as it kept saying that the data I provided was failing.

Poor communication. No response to email.
