Big Home TaxReviews of bighometax.com

I was skeptical at first, but a little on-line research convinced me that Big Home Tax was legit. In all past years of using TurboTax, I would purchase the CD and install it, but TT has eliminated the CD beginning in 2024. Based upon price, I selected Big Home Tax for my downloaded version of TurboTax Deluxe Fed & State. Placing the order was simple and the software was immediately available. Installation went smoothly. Happy Customer!

I had a problem installing to TurboTax software that I purchased from Big Home Tax so I called Intuit/TurboTax for help. They told me that the license key given to me was already in use by someone else. I contacted Big Home Tax and they refused to give me a refund.

I was a little afraid to order from a site i had never heard of..but at 20$ less than everyone else i took a shot, used paypal for extra security. Bought turbotax deluxe. Email response with key was almost immediate, followed link for download and key worked perfectly. AWESOME experience. Thank you

Quick and efficient download and instructions. Very competitive price. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Bought Turbo Tax product from them. Strange name for the transaction. Said PAYPAL *MAXTAXERBHT, but bought it with credit card. Odd. I called and only got some full voicemail box and you can only text. I tried emailing and zero response. I texted and no response. ZERO SUPPORT. A woman from turbo tax said this is a scam and Reddit had over 25 members calling it a scam...maybe more if i kept scrolling. I did activate this on my machine but then it did not activate on my mom's pc and i got some error code 605 there. This is a cancelled code according to Turbo Tax. I do not trust BIG HOME TAX ..they are A BIG SCAM. This looks to be a definite scam operation and Reddit confirms that! STAY AWAY. I have wasted a lot of time on this. They ruined my day and tomorrow i have to repurchase this from an authorized retailer. BHT will probably add a response here now but they have never emailed me back or texted me back. Nothing. I do not trust them and will never buy from them again. SCAMMERS.

I forgot to buy TurboTax when on sale at Costco as I usually do, so I was happy I found the discounted deluxe version at Big Home Tax. I’m a cautious online shopper, but their reviews convinced me to buy here hoping I wouldn’t begin getting spam mail which I dislike. When I buy a product from a merchant as a onetime or infrequent buy, I use a gmail address that’s not my private one. I start getting spam, I simply delete that gmail address and create a new one. It was easy to download and install 24’ TurboTax Deluxe for my Mac, so if Big Home Tax doesn’t inundate me with spam mail and keep asking for more reviews, I’ll probably buy from for 25’ return. Best, Jack

I have been using Turbotax for nearly 20 years; every year I spend a couple hours searching for the best pricing, as I need to get two different editions to complete my taxes. Big Home Tax has competitive pricing and the download link appeared INSTANTLY after my purchase (I have had to wait as much as 16-18 hours with other vendors). I completed my personal taxes within 3 hours of purchasing/downloading the software - I'll be back next year!

Beware Beware Beware. I have used TurboTax for 40 years. There is glitch in their copy. I downloaded, entered my data was unable to file my taxes, kept getting a screen that said "Hmmm...something isn't right. I was on the phone with TurboTax for 3 hours. They were unable to fix it. I Uninstaller and bought from Costco but their download had buried information in my registry. Downloaded from Costco to a second computer and loaded the file id already created. Magic, works fine IRS and State accepted. Now I'm worried about the data in my registry and resetting my PC. All to save $30. NEVER AGAIN
