I was promised the book within 14 days…
I was promised the book within 14 days and after a few days I received an email that the book would not be able to be delivered in the foreseeable future. I requested to cancel the order and no confirmation had been sent.

Good afternoon, I apologize for the inconvenience. During our busy seasons, delays can occur with items that are in high demand. The publisher providing this item listed that it was on a temporary back order due to the high demand and low availability. In cases like this we would typically offer to either cancel the order to provide you with a full refund or we keep the order open to ship it as soon as it becomes available once more. Per your request, the order was cancelled on 03/23/18 and the confirmation email was sent to you at the email on file at 9:24 AM EST. The full refund was issued back to your original payment method, but can take 3-7 business days to show back on your statement.
