Charged for books that never shipped
I ordered two books with expedited shipping that Bigger Books claimed were available. Bigger Books debited my checking account on 12/1/21, updating the order status to "order processing" (aka "preparing to ship"), but these books have never shipped. Beware: Bigger Books will take your money without actually shipping the product. I believe Bigger Books misrepresented its product availability and charged me fraudulently for expedited shipping. Note: The comment below coincides with an email I sent 12/21/21 to BiggerBooks asking about my order status and why they charged me for books they didn't have in stock. Per an email received today, my order was cancelled.

Never had book!
Found book paid for book, next day write and tell me order cancelled there was no book , wait to get money, and email says sorry , but here's a 3.00 coupon off your next 59.00 purchase , yeah right!!@ Nopes I buy way too many books to be treated like this !!!!!!! Here is order number 2686183 btw this book is still on your site! Got money back ,but this was going to be a bday gift for my hubby who has stage 4 cancer, he wanted to do birdwatching, something he can still do !! Huhhh never heard from these people again , and I sent all the info ...wow

While we carry thousands of books in our warehouse, some items are only available from our distributors or publishers. Once you order was placed we were notified by the distributor that the title was not longer available. Our website has been updated to reflect that the title is currently out of stock. Timely shipping
Great time frame of receiving my book. I wish I would have been updated on the shipping, I never got tracking information. But I still recieved it in a timely manner!

Not as fast shipping as they claimed…
Not as fast shipping as they claimed but it was maybe a week? I figured that’s because I ordered on a weekend. At least it wasn’t one month, which was the alternative ordering anywhere else. Price was good and book came as described and in great condition. I will order from them again!
