My order was cancelled after I was…
My order was cancelled after I was waiting for 2 weeks...no explanation given. Customer service is horrible, they have a Massachussets phone number, which NOBODY ever answers, but physical address in Florida??? Is this a SCAM?

I searched several places for my…
I searched several places for my Blackstone and found it cheaper at bigeasymart. It shipped super fast. I was updated with shipping information. I got another box, which was a surprise gift. I highly recommend them.

Very good service
Originally received the wrong slow cooker but they made it right very quickly sending the correct one and even called to make sure I received it.

Extremely impressed with the price and…
Extremely impressed with the price and how fast I received my products!! All products were in perfect condition and boxes were not all tore up. Will definitely be ordering from here again if I find something that I like

Excellent site with great customer service.
I was searching for a cooler and came upon a company that I had never heard of - BigEasyMart. The cooler was less expensive than other site so I was a little apprehensive before making my purchase. I searched and several sites and found out that BigEasyMart was the real deal. I'm so glad I followed many others that have made purchases at this fine establishment. My cooler was delivered promptly to my home. Excellent business and great follow-up customer service. I will definitely use BigEasyMart for future purchases!

Received my items on a timely basis
Received my items on a timely basis. It was shipped through Amazon even though I did not order through Amazon. Weird. Be aware an 88-cent charge was tagged for "Cross Border Fee" from my bank. Not sure what that is about.
