This would be a five except for the fact there was not much communication after the emails of order received and order in the works. But overall experience was great and UPS filled the comms gap.

Big savings in a great product. This was my first experience buying from BigEasyMart and I was apprehensive if the deal was real and if my purchase would arrive timely. But they surprised me! The deal was real and my purchase arrived in 4 days.

To start they are legit. I didn't believe it, nor did my wife. I check trust pilot and other sources. Ordering is just like any other web site. The only part is, if you have any questions, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET ANY ! You can call all you want, he will not call you... This is how it works. They drop ship the requested products right from the logistic warehouse, ITASCO..(ATI) Huge company that has massive trucking centers all over the country. It’s like a huge depot of all things shipped to the US. I ordered a $425 electric snow blower. I had the knowledge that at that price, it wouldn't have the batteries or charger.. I called, and no reply. I ordered ,,they shipped 3 days later, fedx tracking number to my email. 3day later they dropped it at my house. So I got what I ordered. Let’s say if you want to take the chance it arrives in good condition, at the low price, take the chance. If you need to return or contact them. Just go jump off a bridge instead. I'd give them five stars, but they never called me back or answered their phone. I think he's a foreigner, broken English. Ware house is in Fl, phone number is in Maine... Good luck.””” Feb 15th update. I applied for a complete return on their website. Within their return timeframe. They acknowledged and sent me an email offer to return or cash option. I chose the cash option and taking it on my responsibility to fix the defective gear that comes in The Power smart snowblower it’s made out of nylon. So the company actually followed through and is 100% legit.

First time buying from this company, so I was a little concerned , but they were quick to ship and sent fast notifications. So in that sense I give them 5star. The reason for the 4 star is the box was extremely banged up and seemed to have been open, however nothing was missing and product looked new.

I had my doubts about this operation and was reluctant to purchase anything due the mixed reviews and the vague, somewhat scammy looking website… I finally gave in and rolled the dice on a deal that seemed a little too good to be true on a Makita Track Saw Kit… I immediately had an issue with a coupon code that showed a discount in my cart pre-purchase but hadn’t been applied to the total after I placed my order. So, I took advantage of the 30 minute window they give you to cancel an order before it’s finalized. My plan was to cancel the order and immediately place another order with the coupon actually applied to my total this time around. I mentioned this in my cancellation request and canceled my order… The bigeasymart website acknowledged my cancellation but I hadn’t received any emails verifying the cancellation. It wasn’t entirely clear to me what was happening so I decided to wait on submitting another order. I was getting more skeptical at this point but… I did finally receive a follow up email the next day stating that my cancellation request had gone through. I was also given the option to proceed with my initial order and the total would be adjusted with the coupon applied rather than go through the hassle of canceling and replacing the same order. I replied, agreeing to the adjusted total deal. It ended up being a few days before I would hear anything again from bigeasymart, in the meantime I tried using the customer service chat feature on the website and the automated response kept telling me that no one was available to chat but I could leave my order # & contact info and someone would follow up with me as soon as possible… I did… I never got a follow up. I tried the chat feature many times over the course of a few days with the same/no results. I also tried calling the phone # listed on the website a few times and never got an answer just a generic voicemail prompt. At this point I’m coming to terms with the idea that I had been scammed, just waiting for the payment to go through so I can get the charge back process started… A couple more days go by and I get a random email stating that my order had shipped and a tracking #. I still wasn’t completely convinced that I’d actually receive anything… I was relieved , surprised, stoked when FedEx actually left a well packaged, brand new Makita Track Saw kit on my front porch. Ultimately my experience with bigeasymart was good and I got exactly what I ordered, for an almost unbelievable price, in a reasonable amount of time and the customer service was good even though correspondence was a bit one sided and sporadic.

So this website did have some poor reviews, but if you're like me. You are here because bigeasymart has a big savings on your item compared to elsewhere. I bought tires marked down 50 per tire. For my tires the listing was a little confusing. My tires listing said LT RT, I thought they were the nicer RTs but they were LTs (Duratec Rts are nicer), but still a decent deal. My tires shipped 1 at a time and 2 arrived before the tracking for the 3rd and 4th. I did not get incontact with bigeasymart when I called, but I left a message on FB and at the phone number. They replied and called within 12 hours but I had missed the call. All in all, I would try them again. Website could definitely have a little better information when orders are in partial to let you know more is on the way still

Fast delivery.

Great item ( pool blaster max cg) cheaper than anywhere else. Purchased for 260$. Every store I looked was for 350$. Works well. As for shipping bit to slow. And also no one picks up the phone.
