The company does not respond to issues with their products. Once you pay them they will wash their hand of you. I bought a Aquasure water softener from them. Within 60 days I had a flooded basement. I contacted both Aquasure and BigEasyMart. Aquasure stated they could not even offer help because BigEasyMart was not one of their distributors. I have emailed BigEasyMart several times and have yet to even hear from them. The are a Gray market seller of faulty products. Stay away do not be conned. They will do nothing to help you once they have your money.

Stay Away. They merely capture your CC info and then use it to make fraudelant charges using Amazon as the sourcing merchant. 57 charges were made between $30-$40 within 2 days of purchase to stay under the radar of CC fraud. The product I ordered was never processed by bigeasymart so it's just a front.

I ordered an air compressor. There was a long delay without any communication from them. Today I got an email saying they canceled my order due to problems with thier supplier. I think this is a rip-off site that cannot be trusted.

Beware of warranty issues. I purchased a pressure washer new from Bigeasymart, the product failed the first 2 months and the company will not honor any warranty stating the seller is an unauthorized seller. Now I am stuck with a $40 paper weight.

1. Purchased an item. A week later received an email that they did not have the item in stock. No apology.. nothing. 2. BTW - when a company has hidden their Google reviews. There is a reason they do not want you to see them

Scam. I ordered 2 ultra black monster energy drinks, I in fact have not received any email confirmation regarding to the tracking number. I want a full refund and cancel my order #853719 and #853720. It’s been about 4 days since I’ve ordered it nothing has came back in my email.

October 11, 2025, I bought a Grizzly 18-Inches 1.6 -Amp Corded Scroll Saw. Great price including shipping. I received 2 saws but was only charged for 1. I began the return process. The "Customer Service" phone number is an answering machine with NO follow-up. Communicated by email. I was told that I would receiveby email documentation for the return. It never came. After multiple emails, BIGEASYMART stopped the email correspondence. I was stuck, I did not own the second scroll saw, so Icould not resell. It was taking up room in my garage. Limbo. At the end of December, 2025, I contacted BIGESSYMART by email and offered to buy the second scroll saw from them for a ridiculously low price. They accepted. I now was legal owner and could legally dispose of it. BE WARE! Better Business Bureau gives the company a D rating.

Buyers beware! This company does not allow for return of products that don't work for you and your space. What company today does that? Company is not about building customer rapport. They would rather have "one and done".
