The price was the best I could find. The wait time for order processing was over a week and took me two reminders. Once the item arrived it was as expected.

Be persistent. When an order is placed for an item $35 below list($110) price & delivery address is confirmed, charge pending on credit card, and then told the supplier is unable to deliver, pending charge disappeared. Try, try again. Placed new order for same item at $25 below list price, delivery address is confirmed, new amount is pending & wha-la my order is delivered. Still saved money & no delivery charge.

I have not installed the softener yet, because it was 4 days late. Not real happy with that.

The was the best for that item delivery time line was very suspect, no shipping info ever showed up via email or text. But on the day Amazon was at my door asking for a six digit code to receive my package. The driver had to call there dispatcher to get approval to leave it twenty minutes later I received a text message with the code. The email was sent on the 3rd. The delivery was on the 31st. The item is installed and working great.

Ordered 2 cases, one got lost, took 4 days to get second one........

just a little confused….. i ordered 1 milwaukee tool set and received 2 of the same set instead of the just the 1 i ordered. When to look at my credit card statement and they have also issued a refund for the 1 i ordered. i’m not sure if this is a mistake or some sort of scam. the price of the set on their website was $50 cheaper than anywhere else, just a little confused on how a little e-commerce company can sell a item at a much cheaper rate than a company like home depot. also, the shipping labels where from a completely different store. just would like some assurance that this is legitimate even though i got what i ordered.
