It was the best price including free shipping for a very heavy item and it was delivered in the timeframe it was supposed to. It was drop shipped, so it came from the same provider I could have paid more to and expensive shipping. I was skeptical, because others have ordered products and it becomes a headache. But this was an excellent experience.

After checking other sites with lower prices and improbable business addresses settled on this site to order. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition .

Great price on an awesome vacuum! I ordered a Shark Stratos Vacuum on Jan 7th for the lowest price available on the internet and literally thought it would probably be a regret. This is a company I'm not used to and the price is too good to be true, but thankfully it wasn't. They do have a little more of a wait time to process your order, but when you are used to 3 day orders at your door you might feel a little discouraged when a week passes and you haven't recieved a shipping or tracking number. I was that uneasy customer that reached out multiple times but everytime received an email back the next day assuring me everything was OK and my order would be on its way. Give them the time it says on the website to recieve and ship your order and you'll get it! I ordered on Jan 7th and received my order free of charge on the 15th of January. My product showed up in perfect condition and worked great. Thanks BIGEASYMART!

Bigeasymart.com is legit. I read the reviews and pulled the trigger on a vacuum that was $20 less than anywhere else. of course I was worried until it showed up actually sooner than expected and in perfect shape. I also received email notifications of status. I recommend giving it a try.

Total Fraud they charged my card twice for the order, never received order. I had to dispute and cancel credit card.

I had to post the below to facebook before finding other avenues to report this company. See my post below. Since I see that they are responding here on trustpilot and only here mainly I am going to post what I wrote on FB. They never return calls or emails but worried about a trustpilot. ALso, stop having people you know run to this site as unverified buyers to sprinkle in 5 star reviews for your company. I see you posted a few items from your crappy store but you do not respond to emails or voicemails left on your suspicious voicemail. You use a generic default voicemail greeting that just says the party is unable to answer the call. Nothing mentioned on the greeting about the business name or a person I am leaving a voicemail for. I have left several messages after not getting a tracking number for days. I left a voicemail two nights ago stating that nobody is calling me back and that others on facebook seem to be suspicious of the company and doing the same thing to them. I said on that voicemail that if I do not get a call back and tracking for my order I would file a charge back with the credit card company. Strangely late that evening I got a fedex tracking. I still called and no call back and the package was supposed to be here yesterday but then was canceled by the shipper, which would be your company, than an address change and it says the item has been delivered. It was delivered somewhere in PA and I live in CT. I also see now after ordering and I checked your social media which is basically empty except this facebook page you are posting your products on. I noticed that you did not respond to anyone that has had any issues with dealing with your company. WHy is that? You expect to be even partially successful running like this? I am off to file complaints about your scamming because that is exactly what this feels like. Any and all posts on any social media platform have been about the same issues I am having.

Ordered a Shark vacuum that was listed 50% cheaper than anywhere else online. I was really skeptical, but decided to use a credit card for added protection. My payment was flagged and email blocked on the website when I attempted the purchase, so I called customer service. The lady was really friendly and advised me to email their IT department, because my payment was declined and my email disabled as a result. IT fixed my Issue within a day or two and emailed me, then I was able to attempt the purchase again. The payment does process as international so your bank will flag the purchase and either deny or ask you to approve. I received a tracking email a day or two after purchase and the product was even delivered one day before anticipated. My final skepticism was whether or not the product was refurbished or used, as the website didn’t state that the product was new or what condition and it was cheaper than anywhere else online. The box did appear to have been previously opened, but the vacuum was SPOTLESS and had all of the parts/manual. From the customer service, to IT, to the product and the price, I’m glad that I pushed through the skepticism. Mostly because of other positive reviews here on trust pilot.

I ordered Shark – PowerDetect Clean & Empty Cordless from them at a reasonable price. However, they cancelled my order a week later and emailed me a full refund. It felt like they did not intend to send me my order. I googled their review and discovered that it happened to others who bought it at a reasonable price, too. I assume they put their products lower than others to promote their site but not sell them. If you do not want to waste your time, it is better to avoid it.
