Big Commerce as always been helpful to help set up store and for support. The monthly town halls are great and very informative. You can see they are always on the leading edge of e-comm technology.

BigCommerce is almost perfect, but not quite. There are a few things they could improve on to get my 5 stars. Most are just little tweaks to make the seller's life easier. The loading speed is great, but the first byte is a problem. The SEO is much better than Shopify, but they haven't implemented a guiding character count next to the SEO Title and Description. 3rd party apps are helpful, but integrations are sometimes a little choppy. All in all, I am happy with Bigcommerce

Royal Mail Integration is flawed. As far as I can tell it has been for a while. You can't get accurate shipping prices, e.g. for large letter. Have asked them many times to fix, with no response other than they know about it and might fix it one day.

Great customer service and overall Platform

Excellent platform. All aspects have worked as advertised. One of the better configuration tools. Data is easy to get in and out. Nice little free analytics service built in.

BC has the most excellent customer service I have found anywhere! They are available 24/7 and on holidays. Plus they know the answers to your questions. If they don't know they find out and get back to you very quickly. Platform is easy to use. i have done significant customization on one of my sites. That was easy to implement as well. You can't go wrong if you set up a website on BC!!!
