Not user friendly and confusing as to when money arrives in our account. Also wouldn't integrate reliably with our shipping platform. Many of our order we're incorrect, canceled, not paid for, or not inputted to ship. We stopped using Big Commerce and changed to another commerce platform that's more used friendly and doesn't have these issues.

Overall pretty good BUT no Volumetric Weight values to enable shippers of bulky but lightweight items to find best rates for clients. Despite Bigcommerce claiming that shipperhq offer this ability they actually do not (despite originally claiming they would) and blame Bigcommerce for not providing them with the necessary value tables. I know this because I also subscribe to shipperhq and have been having this on/off conversation between the two companies over the last few years!

Aom, thank you for your feedback. This is a product gap that we are aware of, and I am sorry it is affecting you. We are planning on adding this feature to our BigCommerce Shipping capabilities. Currently, we partner with Shipper HQ who can solve this need, allowing shipments to be rated in cart based on the weight and dimensions of the product.

I have found BigCommerce to be an excellent provider of my eCommerce website, everything works as it should and it is very scalable to suit my growing use. BigCommerce websites are easy to use, add products, change prices, position on page, add pages, add photos and many other necessary tasks. Made need a little help to set up payment gateways and other things, but generally once up and running even a non techy like me can do the regular updateing and additions with minimal fuss!
