Big CartelReviews of bigcartel.com

BigCartel is a great, easy to use platform for your small business.

Easy to use, great customer service.

I've had my shop on Big Cartel for 15 years now. It's great! And one of the best things about it is that if you ever have a question, you just contact them in the lower-right corner of the page, and a human will reach out to you in a few hours or less. They keep improving constantly, and I highly recommend them.

Okkur Sunglasses has been doing business with Big Cartel since 2018. This platform for hosting has been a wonderful experience and the company continues to grow. Customer Service is always prompt and helpful.

I'm happy with the site and the set up they offer. It looks good. But, I have to promote myself. so it's not like being on Etsy or Ebay, where everybody would already go there to look for my products. Also, I put 5 pictures of each item, but the site doesn't make it clear that there is more than the main picture, so unless that picture grabs you, you wouldn't click on the item and see more pictures.

Using Big cartel has been huge for me it makes selling my items very easy it connects to my shipping platform very well and I've had excellent customer support. The price is very fair and I'm completely happy with my experience.
