Thank you for sharing your feedback, and please accept our deepest apologies for the disappointing experience you had with your crib order. We understand how important timely delivery is, especially for essential items like nursery furniture. Our goal is to provide accurate processing and shipping windows, but in this instance, we clearly fell short of the timelines we initially communicated. We regret that it took nearly a week to notify you that the order could not be fulfilled as expected due to extended shipping times. While we have processed a full refund to your original payment method, we know that does not make up for the time lost or the frustration caused by the lack of timely communication. We are currently reviewing our inventory and notification processes to ensure this does not happen to other customers. We truly value your business and hope you might give us another chance in the future to provide the service you deserve.

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration caused by the lack of communication regarding your order. Please accept our sincerest apologies for leaving you in the dark; this is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide. We understand how important it is to stay informed about your purchase. We are currently investigating why our automated order and shipping updates did not reach you, as we want to ensure every customer receives timely notifications from the moment an order is placed. To help us make this right, could you please provide your order number? We would like to personally look into your case, provide you with an immediate status update, and ensure any outstanding issues are resolved to your satisfaction. We value your feedback as it helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust.
