Big Bear VacationsReviews of bigbearcabins.com

This will have been my 4th review that I have filled out regarding my experience with big bear vacations. On all reviews I reported my complaints, have requested a partial refund and have requested management contact me. I have still not been contacted my management as requested. I have also requested this by phone with no response back. I am sick of filling out surveys online. If you truly would like to know my experience please contact me at (949)- 842- 4035

Excellent customer Service

There is an overwhelming amount of disclosures and forms to sign. Read the fine print, very few amenities are available in the rental. Very dusty unit but otherwise fine for the price.

Horrible customer service. Dirty cabin.

This is the second min vacation we make as a family at big bear excellent.

If the bathrooms worked as expected and the property was cleaner it would have been a 5 star rating.

the power went out 2 times. could not find the lock box. no credit was offered for the inconvenience and we were without electricity for 3 hours. House was not cleaned properly.

Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. Monica made sure I got a good deal over the phone and made my booking experience wonderful. Every time you call or ask questions everyone is so nice and willing to help. The check in and out process was easy. The cabin was well maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Enjoyed my stay!
