Our stay was excellent. The customer support was helpful and accommodating whenever we reached out. I would definitely recommend booking with Big Bear Vacations and I plan to book with them in the future.

This was my first time booking through Big Bear Vacations and based on this experience, it will be my last. There were so many issues, I don’t even know where to start. Our cabin was supposedly damaged by a recent storm so we were made to switch cabins a few days before arrival. We were “given” a new cabin. We’re weren’t given a choice. The cabin we were given was old and outdated so we went online and found a different cabin that was open. The cabin looked cute and it was BUT there were so many issues with our cabin. The downstairs bathroom toilet didn’t flush. You had to open it and manually flush it. Also, it was 7 degrees outside on the first night and our heater didn’t work! It only blew cold air. The sink kept getting clogged and the garbage disposal didn’t work. On the 2nd day, we made a call and were told someone would stop and fix the heater and the bathroom toilet. Nobody ever went by. When I asked about it upon checkout, we were told the work order got buried in their emails so they never got to it -___- Horrible customer service. First and last time booking with Big Bear vacations. This was a headache as we had to keep dealing with issue after issue.

great service. we had a little problem with our cabin heater and they send someone right away to fix it. I give only 4 stars cause the cabin carpets were very stained.

Nice, clean place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rental process was fairly easy. I would recommend renting with Big Bear Vacations and will be renting with them in the future.

If you’re going to take charge of someone’s property, please make sure there are no damages or things that need to be repaired prior to an arrival at the selected location. I shouldn’t have to spend half my stay waiting for someone to come repair a busted toilet and electrical issues. And to the young lady at the office who said over the phone, “don’t you have another bathroom?” Why yes, yes we did. But if I wanted just ONE bathroom, I would’ve booked a place with ONE bathrooms not TWO and saved money. Get your customer service in order, make sure repairs are done prior to arrivals. This was my first and last time with these vacation rentals, I’m sure others had great experiences but mine was far from it. Good luck everyone!

Very easy to book, friendly staff on the phone and when you check in. Checking out is also made extremely easy! Cabin clean and stocked with basics that you need. Reliable

From the day I booked the cabin 5 months in advance, up until the day of arrival I was in contact with a vacation specialist that was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & honest. I had more then a handful of questions that were answered. The day of, there was a storm going through the town & the vacation specialist I was in contact did everything she could to provide me with up to date traffic, weather, & road conditions. Upon arrival the checkin was quick, easy, & manageable (read contract prior to checkin). The stay was fantastic, if there was an issue with the home staff was easy to get in touch with & were quick on house calls. Checkout was just as smooth as checkin. Overall I was impressed with the professionalism being that it was my first experience with this company.
