I ordered a Samsung Odyssey in France which was not sold here. Everything was good, with a perfect customer service. I only had a few trouble with FedEx, but in the end I got my order at time.

One of the best purchasing experiences I've had. I was informed of status consistently until and even after the item arrived. It came extremely quickly (the guys must have placed the order literally as soon as made mine). The level of attention to the customer was fantastic: as I said to Phyllis at the time, this is precisely why customers are happy to pay the service fee. It really felt like I had personal attention throughout the entire process and that it was important to them the item arrived safely. I hope this company continues to succeed and mostly that growth does not kill the main attraction of the service. Amazing job guys!

Excellent service. Made my initial enquiry on the 13th March, placed my order on the 14th and received my item on the 20th March. Phillis kept me up to date throughout the process confirming when my item had been ordered, received by them and then shipped with full tracking information. A great experience from start to finish. Multiple communications to let me know of the progress. Really wanted an Apple Homepod but it is not available in Canada.
