Incredible service !! Very professional, very fast and friendly customer service . They definitely are the best ! It was my first time and i order from Zara online in USA, because we don’t have it in Australia. Im so glad with my package being delivered safely and at the exact time , i had a great experience with them . I highly recommend Big Apple Buddy for everyone! I will definitely give them my business!

An amazing service - we needed to get hold of a Samsung Odyssey headset for one of our VR projects, but they're not available in the UK or EU. From the moment we contacted Bigapplebuddy, it was obvious that the transaction was going to be smooth and efficient, with great communication (from Phillis!).. The order was placed, the goods sourced and, even with our organisation closed over the Christmas until 04 January, it arrived dead on time on that day and was operational the following day. Excellent organisation al round - will definitely be using again!

Very friendly, very professional, and extremely trustworthy. With my first order I was skeptical, because I never used the service before, but everything was handled as promised. I just ordered my second item and all went again exceptionally well. No problem shipping to Switzerland. I can highly recommend BigAppleBuddy, no reserve.

Excelent attention: fast, informative and gentle. With their help I bought an Amazon Echo a few months ago, and last week I added two Echo Dots. In both cases they proceeded promptly and efficiently.

Great service and follow true. Don't know how they did it but my goods was delivered in Norway the same day as it came on sales in the US. Excellent.
