Utterly Brilliant service! I was concerned going into the process but the testimonials from others put my mind at ease and after my item arrived I could not be happier. Lovely team with great customer service... ps Love the handwritten note in the box it is a great touch.

First of all, there were unexpected FedEx charges ($50) which I asked them to advise on pre-order and they did not mention these. After sharing that the Google Pixel Buds 2 were malfunctioning and Google is not helping me as BigAppleBuddy = NOT an official reseller, they wanted to charge a $50 service fee to handle the warranty issues! That's just plain horrible customer relation management, right there!

I recently made my first order through BigAppleBuddy after being unable to use MyUs with a Best Buy purchase. I got a quote including delivery costs within 24 hours. The order/payment process was straightforward and I was kept in the loop with progress until FedEx picked up the package. Overall, very happy with the experience.
