I recently ordered a laptop from BAB due to it being sold out everywhere in Canada. I came across their site while searching Google and after reading the many positive reviews, thought I would give it a go. The customer service from Phillis was excellent with a prompt reply when I had a question about my order. I will say that I was slightly shocked with the cost of shipping (which is on top of their reasonable service fee), however with the large differential between the USD and CAD retail prices for this particular laptop, even with shipping and the currency conversion, I still saved a considerable amount of money. They received my order on Sep 11 and I had the laptop in hand by Sep 17 in BC, Canada. I highly recommend using Big Apple Buddy if you find yourself in a situation where the item is unavailable in your Country or even in a situation where it may just be cheaper overall to source the product from the US. Although the shipping cost seems high, their website's shipping calculator makes it easy to see upfront if it is worth it or not in your particular situation. The only extra fee for me was a border fee and even with all that I still ended up saving nearly $500.
