Thanks to Big Apple Buddy I've been able to have a proper Snapdragon Samsung phone in EU (Samsung phone works fine without any problem, just taking in consideration that US services (like Samsung Money) won't work in EU and I couldn't get rid of those). I was a bit hesitant to order at first, but decided to do it anyway and was very satisfied by BAB. Big Apple Buddy service was excellent, timely updates and quick service.

I was nervous buying such a high priced item from overseas but had no reason for concern. BigAppleBuddy delivered exactly what I ordered as promised and their communication throughout was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for all my future overseas purchases.

I ordered a few items from Big Apple Buddy and my experience was excellent. Once ordered I received a confirmation email which had a tracking link and estimated dates. As the order worked through this was kept upto date and I then received the FedEx tracking number and could follow it the rest of the way. There were import taxes/VAT to pay which was all sorted easily via FedEx. For the people complaining about this in reviews, it was clearly highlighted in advance that this is a possibility so I am not sure why people are even mentioning it. All you have to do is look at the website and it explains that... and you would be hit by import taxes from most other sites as well unless they are mis-declaring items - which is fraud! In short, if you don't want the possibility of being hit by taxes, don't import things! I would absolutely recommend them because they provided a way to easily get items which are not available in the UK without having to sign-up for a US card / address etc. They made the process simple and straight forward and I am happy to pay a bit extra for that service if it takes the hassle out of it! I for one will definitely be using them again.
