I ordered a bicycle jersey. A month later, it still hadn't shipped, so I asked for a refund. They responded that the jersey was in production and would ship soon! Two weeks later, nothing, so I again asked for a refund. They responded that the jersey had shipped, they were just waiting for a tracking number to update my order status. I got tired of being strung along without any evidence of progress, and my requests for refunds being ignored. I ultimately filed a dispute with my credit card company.

The bad, the good and the bad. The bad; Sizing and fit was off on the bibs I ordered (per their size chart). Ordered XXL, but it was too baggy and the straps too long (and I have a long torso). Had to wait weeks, if not months to receive the bibs, but when they did not fit there is no simple exchange/return process. You have to return items on your own nickel and even then, they have to go back to Canada. That was $25 in postage from the Eastern US. However, BB did not pick them up from the PO Box you are suppose to return them to so the USPS returned them to me. The good; to their credit BB did, eventually, send me a new XL bib at no additional cost. The bad, the new XL bibs are actually different that the XXL bibs, different chamois, black straps (instead of white) and even a slightly different color - weird, right? Overall, still a poor fit, low quality chamois. Save your money and buy from a brand name.

I was concerned at first as the shirt was being shipped from China. I never have luck with things ordered and sent from there. Christopher from Bicycle Booth assured me they are legit and ship from multiple countries. The shirt arrived super fast and OMG it’s perfect! It’s a gift for my boyfriend but not sure I can wait until his birthday to give it to him! I love it! I will be ordering again

This was my second time ordering from Bicycle Booth and I was having some trouble getting my order straight on the site. I sent an email to the company and immediately got a reply. Not only did Chris help me with the order but also honoured a discount special. I have been happy with both sets of jerseys I’ve received and the service, which I thought was very professional.

Don’t use them. Horrible customer service Sizes are not remotely close to what they should be. Still fighting with them to get my refund. Horrible company! I could get my jersey on. It said large on the label it felt like female small!!

It took a while to exchange a jersey with BB, but it got done and I am very pleased. Good communication and f-up on my initial purchase. I am a frequent shopper with Bicycle Booth -- and will continue to be! :-)

I ordered set (bibs and jersey) with extra sleeveless jersey that turned out to be too small. I contacted customer service and they sent me the P.O. Box address to sent the item back. I shipped the jersey and when the package was delivered to their address it was in P.O. box for 3 weeks because nobody was bother to collected the package from P.O. box. I'm emailing with customer service for last 2 months and they constantly apologizing and promising they will expedite my refund request as soon as they receive the package. They were just stalling. Now the package returned to my address. I stuck now with too small jersey and on top of that I'm short another $17 for shipping jersey to them. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS. They quality is questionable as well. Their stuff are send from China and takes forever to be delivered to you. Stay away from this company!!!!

I ordered a black shirt but it turned out purple. Drop shipment from china. Not possible to return.
