Returned a top on August. Took them till 8th October to acknowledge that it had been returned. Chases them today (31st Octopus) and they claim they don’t have it yet. Waste of time mailing them. If you are waiting for a refund just write it off

I had an issue with the jersey zipper but Miguel in customer service was quick to resolve the issue.

Purchased sunglasses 13 days ago. I emailed them about my package n got no response. I emailed them 4 more times for refund n still no response. I will never ever order there again.

Like others here, awful expereience. Ordered 2 Jerseys in April, 1 received in June (wrong item) the other in July (wrong size). I returned both at my cost. 1 replacement received in August (still the wrong item). Other has "been sent" -- 38 days ago. They tell me it is in the UK with customs but the online tracking clearly says the shipping label has been prepared but has not yet been shipped. I have dozens of emails, back and forth, have wasted literally hours on this. Emails are to people with gmail accounts. They refuse to do the right thing. I think this business must be fraud or a front for something! Eventually, I got PayPal involved and they quickly resolved the case in my favour, got a full credit from PayPal and they will go after the vendor. Don't waste your time, there are more important things in life.

My horror story with bicycle booth is 4 months long, crappy goods returned and still no refund. They will not stand behind their product quality, they will not refund you for the missing items from your order. All they offer is a 10% refund. I ordered a cycling outfit, bibs and jersey. Received a jersey with stitches already loose, and some places it’s not stitched correctly. This company just ignores me for almost 2 months, and will not refund me for the goods returned. It took me 3 months to receive my order. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! 10/28/2020 Update. I returned the Jersey I received. And the company refused to refund. They said store credit only, despite the reply below. I never received the bibs, and they still refused to refund, store credit only. This is theft. Additionally, the items I ordered were drop-shipped from china. But when I asked to return they gave me their Canada address. Which cost me $37 to return from US. If I knew the outcome I would just throw the product in the trash, which is where it belongs together with their customer service ethics.

I ordered a kit for my son and then based on the other reviews I read I got nervous it would not arrive. It did arrive at my house the day they said it would. When I emailed them about the status of the order, they quickly responded. The only issue I had is sizing. I ordered a small jersey for my son. It arrive as a small but fit me and I'm a large. The bib sizing seems correct. However, can I really complain about a $50, full kit?
