First time shopper and won’t be the last!
First time using this site and I ordered a thermal riding kit. Was a little disappointed when it arrived because the color in person did not look like the color on the site. After contacting them, they were very professional and worked in an expedient fashion to make an exchange to something of my liking. I applaud Bicycle Booth for their customer service which these days seems to be a lost art. Thank you thank you thank you.
