Bicycle BoothReviews of bicyclebooth.com

Their site says shipping takes 10-15 days. I ordered mine a month ago and haven't seen or heard from them since. When I click on their "track order" link, it just says "unfulfilled". So disappointing!!

NEVER EVER try to buy anything from this company. I am HongKonger and i thought this company is from somewhere outside asia. But after I make an order of jersey and short. I got no update from them. And when I finally got an email 2 WEEKS after the purchase, I found out that it was delivered from CHINA! That's horrible! The jersey was 50USD and they told me it was made in china? I except something better if I paid for this price. OK fine. Let's see what I get today. I choosed the size according to their size chart. And guess what, it is totally wrong. Too big for asians. I think they except all the customers are from outside asia so they make the size bigger? And the printing is pool. The materials are bad. ALL BAD!

NO NO NO Following up on my review from Aug. I FINALLY got my refund through PayPal. Bicycle Booth fought tooth and nail not to give the refund. At the last minute they emailed my and said if I withdrew my PayPal dispute they would refund me! Do not fall for that - just another lie.

Purchased from bicyclebooth a pair of sunglasses 6 weeks ago. Their website indicated that it could take up to 16 days. What it does not say is that they are a storefront and shipping is done from China and they have no control of that - they have provided a link to track that gives no useful information about when the item is expected to arrive. Since this was meant to be a gift, I ended up purchasing another pair of glasses. I regret purchasing from this company - that is on me for not checking the reviews - but I am glad I have not used any of the several offers they have been sending since. Below is what they said last: As stated on my previous email, your item is already shipped out and in transit to your country. Your request to cancel the order is no longer possible at this moment. We will closely monitor your order and give you updates from time to time. Here is an update for your order.

This was hands down the WORST customer service I have EVER received. It took 59 days for my package to arrive and they conveniently issue a refund after 60. They could not provide ANY updates to me throughout the process and were completely worthless.

TOTAL SCAM. Your order won’t show up. Tracking links don’t work. Emails and calls will get zero response. SCAM!!!

I placed an order, realized there was a mistake emailed them immediately and nobody ever responded. It took 2 months to get my stuff and they blame it on COVID. Why are they the only company I'm buying things from were the COVID delay is 2 months? A few days, maybe a few weeks, OK but 2 freaking months? And then the gear showed up and the sizing is WAY, WAY off. Customer service response times suck. This company is really terrible.

From Tim E I submitted a review a few days ago with the title 'What is this company thinking' Since then I received several emails from BB with useful information in terms of detail tracking information, followup on satisfaction all the way through to a delivery date. Today I received the Jersey I ordered. Lets hope BB is back on track and understands the importance of service and communication. I may give them a 2nd chance if I see positive reviews for at least 6 months.
