First time buyer - I had a great experience. Constant communication through delivery and follow-up. The jersey I bought fit well by following their sizing recommendations. Quality is good - straight seams, zipper works, gripper edge holds well enough for my "club fit" preference. My only wish is that the rear pockets were a bit lower to make reaching into them while in the saddle a bit easier.

The customer service this company has is outstanding! The products I ordered were much smaller than I anticipated due to them being Asian sizes. The original product was great quality, just a little small. I reached out to the customer service team and can honestly say, have never had better service than I have had with BB! I am still awaiting a refund that has been agreed. I have been waiting over 3 months and have sent many emails providing endless requests for data in a delaying tactic from Bicycle Booth. I have asked for a phone number and have not been given one. I have sent copies of orders, receipts, delivery, signed for etc and still no refund. Apauling service and highly frustrating.
