I love the quality of the products
I love the quality of the products. Items exactly as described. Very pleased. Customer service is amazing and was eager to help with a replacement item that was too large for me.
I would have given 5 stars it just takes a long time to receive items.

Great fun casual product, poor delivery time and exchange process
The product is great, after you wait 6 weeks to get it. Then, if you need to make an exchange, you will only be covered for $10 for shipping, which then takes 4 weeks to get it back to them. Again, you need to wait another 6 weeks to receive your exchange. I bought long pant cycling bibs for the cooler weather. Didn’t need them anymore, it is already late spring. Oh yeah, when I did receive the exchange, the wrong cycling bottoms arrived. Now, they need to replace them. I am still waiting. I started this order of a jersey and long bib pants back in October/November of 2020 and still have not received my order completed and correct. Again, nice product and if you don’t need to make an exchange and you are willing to wait 6 weeks for your order, really cool stuff. The customer service team are very nice and polite, but in an age where many companies (Amazon, Apple, Zappos, Gap, Pearl Izumi, etc) delivery is quick and efficient, they need to step up their game. Maybe a little less focus on ads and focus on customer service and they could really have a fun and decent quality cycling appeal.
